Who handles your data and how to contact us

Bogdan Bobić, through bogdanbobic.rs, is responsible for inquiries submitted through this website. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact gallery@bogdanbobic.rs.

Data collected and purposes

When you send an artwork inquiry, we collect your name, email address, message, the artwork concerned and the inquiry date. We use this information to receive and answer your inquiry and discuss a possible purchase. The basis for processing is taking steps at your request before a possible purchase or, where applicable, legitimate interests in handling correspondence.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in the protected area of the hosting account, and email notifications are sent to gallery management addresses. Authorized site administrators can access inquiries; hosting and email providers may process data needed to deliver their services. We do not sell inquiry data or use it to send marketing communications simply because you contacted us.

Retention

We keep inquiries as long as needed to handle the request and related communications, or longer where legally required. The current system does not automatically delete inquiries; deletion requests are handled manually.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and object where applicable. Contact gallery@bogdanbobic.rs. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.

Cookies and security

The website uses basic session functionality for administration and form protection. The current application does not include advertising or analytics cookies. Access to administration records is restricted through server rules; no transfer or storage method is entirely risk-free.
